Tim is a Michigan Native, turned Southern Californian. He moved to the Temecula/Murrieta Valley where he attended school, went to church, met his future wife, and started a family. He found a natural talent for sales and has had a career in sales/marketing for 16 years. He discovered his passion for real estate as He bought two homes in the Temecula/Murrieta Valley area, had a rental property, sold a property and flipped a property. He paired this new interest with his talent in sales and decided to pursue a career in real estate as an agent. Tim works with Williams Reality Group Inc. a local brokerage, that has a small team with a lot of experience and knowledge. This allows him to give the best experience to his clients, with quick response times and attention to detail. Tim focuses on quality photos and video to showcase properties and deliver great products that potential buyers will want to invest in. He helps his buyers by connecting them with Williams Reality Loan officers that can help create a budget and from there he can establish the buyers wants and needs, to find them their dream home. Tim delivers quality services and excellent advice, while aiming to achieve unparalleled results.
